This class is for seniors, folks working with injuries, anyone who would like to do some stretching but can't get down onto (or up from!) a yoga mat. The first class is always FREE. All stretches are done on or with the support of a chair for a good stretch and strengthening of muscles, bone strength and balance, releasing the joints and fun!! Beginners are welcome.
