NO NEED TO EXPERIENCE PAIN
It is wonderful that what you have experienced, to this point in your physical experience, need not influence that which you will experience, for as you are making your decisions, now, about what you are wanting, you begin creating toward those decisions.

You need not continue to experience a life of pain if you are now choosing a life of joy. But for most of you there is little change, for you usually pursue the same thoughts, the same other beings, the same life experiences that have brought you to the point that you are currently experiencing--and as you continue to pursue more of that, you continue to create more of that.

continued.......

Oh my goodness........It's the "the boat isn't driven by the wake it makes story"!! This is such a great point to embrace because I hear time and time again about how I can't this and that because weeeell you knooooow, I did this, I have that, never did or had that, blah blah blah.............We hang onto those stories like a crutch and hobble down the road pointing at our crutch.

They are just stories that you love to tell to anyone who is gullible enough to believe them. For those who come to the meetings, you find out real fast there are very few takers. We don't want to hear your story unless it is uplifting and moving you toward that new endeavor. And it better be a current story at that. Anything else is a crutch. Oh I know, some of you have some good stories. I got some that I could brush off too, IF, I wanted to play that game. But what does it get you? A country song! LOL really hard.

Change your stories and keep them about now. What are ya doin now?? Not where you have been. Want new stories, think different thoughts, make some new friends, kick the habit. Oh my goodness again!!!! IT'S LIKE QUITTING SMOKING!!!! 1. Decide to quit. 2. Distract yourself with a new thought. 3. Hang out with different people. 4. Change your routine. That is too funny. I love it.

Just think, the biggest thing you could do for yourself is breaking the ulimate addiction......... FEELING bad. The parrellel here are too much. Drugs and drinking.....addictions to cover up the big one. I wonder how the disease manufactureres will spin this one. There has got to be some gene that is responsible for this........oh yeah there is.....clinical depression, bipolar, adhd, let me get my psychology books out. I haven't used my degree in years.
Ooooor have I??? Just not the way they had intended. LOL. I see well people. Get it not dead people?? LOL!!! I don't think I can stop.

Oh I am in rare form today. Can you FEEL the relief in my words. I can and it FEELS sooo good. I love knowing that I can tell a different story any time I want to. That I am creating the life I want by taking responsiblity for my life and the story I tell.

1. Decide to quit.
2. Tell a different story. Distract yourself with thinking about some stories that give you relief in the moment.
3. Do you need some new friends? I still have some friends that I have known for 40 some odd years, others I have let drift off. I surround myself with the most loving, caring, energetic, visionary type of people I can find. Actually they have been finding me and I love it. It's that reflections thing again right? By coming to the meetings you meet new people and open the door to a whole new way of living, if you choose to participate.

4. Start doing life differently and throw away the crutch. Find new and exciting places to go to and experience. Go to SpiritualCommunityofNaples.com and find out what is happening around you.

The greatest thing about kicking the FEELING bad habit is once you start, you find that FEELING good is awhole lot more addicting and it doesn't have any side-effects or medications involved. No blood tests to check your liver. Oh my goodness.....teee heee heee. I am FEELING so good right now. I done spun myself into the Vortex.

You just have to make that decisions to FEEL GOOD and make that the most important part of your life and the rest of your life will follow.

Now go out there and have a good time, love ya,
