Emotional Guidance Scale

How to use the Scale:

Whenever you find yourself in a not so good FEELING place, refer to this scale and find yourself on it regarding the topic at hand.  The goal is to move to a better FEELING place on the topic.  A better FEELING place will FEEL like relief to you.  That better FEELING place will be within a few emotions of where you are now.  For example, if you find yourself in Fear, then thoughts of Hate may FEEL like relief.  Once you FEEL that relief, go a little further up the scale and see if you can find thoughts that bring you relief from that emotion, such as, thoughts of Anger.  Reaching all the while for relief from where you are right now.  With practice you will be able to move quickly up the Scale, once you know where you are emotionally.

Emotions are your indicator to how connected to God you are.  When you FEEL good you are connected to God's loving Energy and who you really are.  Not FEELING good means you are looking away or cutting yourself off from that Love.

Please remember that only you know what FEELS like relief.  Don't let others infuence you in "how you should FEEL"  only you know that and only you know what thoughts FEEL better.

Always reach for a better FEELING thought than the one you just had.
